Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility for Entry: Every purchase at any Signature Vape Plus location in Ontario is eligible for entry into the promotion, subject to the fulfillment of all specified requirements.
2. Minimum Purchase Requirement: The total sales amount must be at least $18.99 before tax to qualify as an entry.
3. Entry Information: Valid entries require the provision of the entrant's first and last name, along with a phone number, at the time of sale.
4. Account Requirement: All entries must be associated with a Signature Vape Plus account.
5. Incomplete Entries: Entries lacking required details will be deemed invalid.
6. Exclusion of Returned Sales: Purchases returned for a full refund are not eligible as entries.
7. Multiple Entries per Transaction: Customers are permitted to divide their purchases into separate transactions for multiple entries. However, they must rejoin the check-out line after each transaction to respect other customers' time.
8. Proof of Identity: Claiming the prize requires valid government-issued identification matching the name on the entry.
9. Age Requirement: Entrants must be 19 years or older at the time of purchase to enter and claim the prize.
10. Right to Disqualify: Signature Vape Plus reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information.
11. Prize Conditions: The prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted, or redeemed for cash. No compensation is provided for any difference in actual vs. approximate prize value.

13. Event Cancellation: If the artist or their band cannot attend the event, or if the event is canceled, the prize will be considered fulfilled without substitution.
14. Liability for Prizes: Signature Vape Plus is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected prizes.
15. Winner Selection: The winner will be drawn from valid transactions across all Canadian Signature Vape Plus locations.
16. Service Charge: A $0.05 service charge applies to claim the prize.
17. Agreement to Terms: Providing a name and phone number for entry signifies agreement with all rules and guidelines of this promotion.

Contest Period

The contest period will be from Dec 15, 2023 to Jan 15, 2024. However, we reserve the right to modify the duration of this contest period at any point.

Prize Description

Prize is two (2) floor tickets to the Taylor Swift’s Era’s Tour in Toronto, Ontario on Nov 22 @ 7pm at Rogers Centre.

Winner Selection

1. Random Selection Method: The winner will be chosen randomly based on the transaction number linked to each valid entry. This ensures a fair and unbiased selection process.

2. Handling of Invalid Entries: In the event a drawn transaction number corresponds to an invalid entry, an alternate number will be selected immediately using the same random process.

3. Inclusive of All Locations: This contest is open to participants from all Canadian Signature Vape Plus locations, encompassing a nationwide scope.

4. Selection of Finalists at Each Store: Each Signature Vape Plus store will independently select a 'Finalist' using a random number generator. This step ensures local participation and engagement.

5. Consolidated Final Draw: The finalists from each store will then be entered into a central draw. The winner of this final draw will be awarded the grand prize.

6. Winner Notification: The selected winner will be contacted via the phone number provided at the time of entry. It is crucial for participants to provide accurate contact information to facilitate this process.
